Every December or January, approximately 100 MSP leaders gather in Florida for GROWCON — the annual planning retreat where the community comes together to look back at the year, build growth plans for the year ahead, and connect with peers who are serious about what they're building. QUARTERLY IN-PERSON EVENTS
Springboards. Three Times a Year. Always in Florida.
Springboards are Marketopia's quarterly in-person events held at headquarters in Pinellas Park, Florida — exclusively for Marketopia clients and invited guests. Two days of learning, peer group sessions, and an evening activity that makes every quarter worth showing up for.
DAY 1: LEARN
In-house learning sessions — deep dives on growth, sales, marketing, and operations topics relevant to where your business is right now.
DAY 2: CONNECT
Your peer group meets in person — reviewing the quarter, building the next one, and holding each other accountable to the goals you set.
EVENING ACTIVITY
Every Springboard ends with something memorable — past events have included a Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game and a beach dinner and sunset on the Gulf.
